Hotel: CASA DOPER RELOX 43 / CASA DOPER GUADIANA (hereinafter, the “Hotel”)

1) Hours:
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Late check-out: Must be requested via WhatsApp in advance and is subject to availability. If approved, the following fees apply based on the daily rate according to NOM-010-TUR-2001:
- From 12:01 PM to 3:00 PM → 30%
- From 3:01 PM to 5:00 PM → 60%
- After 5:00 PM → 100% (considered an additional night)
- If you wish to change your departure date, you must notify us to check availability and pay the corresponding balance in advance.
2) Reservations, Payments, and Guarantees:
- 2.1 Card on File: A credit card will be required at the time of booking to guarantee payment for incidentals, extras, or damages during the stay.
- 2.2 Additional Services: Any additional service (extra person, partner parking, stay extension, etc.) must be paid for before check-in or during the stay as indicated by the Hotel.
- 2.3 Early check-out: If a guest decides to leave before the agreed departure date, there will be no refund for unused nights.
3) Occupancy and Per-Person Rates:
- 3.1 Ages: Children over 5 years old are charged as adults.
- 3.2 Maximum capacities per room type:
- King: 1–2 people.
- Double Queen: up to 4 people; 3rd and 4th extra persons pay $400 MXN each per day.
- Triple Room: up to 6 people; the 4th, 5th, and 6th persons pay $400 MXN each per day.
- 3.3 Unregistered extra person: No guest may accommodate unregistered persons without prior authorization via WhatsApp from the on-duty agent. If found, a charge of $400 MXN per extra person per day will be applied, without exceeding the maximum occupancy limits.
4) Cribs, Extra Beds, and Keys:
- 4.1 Extra Bed: The Hotel does not provide extra beds; exceeding occupancy limits is prohibited.
- 4.2 Crib: Subject to availability; please request in advance. Rate: $300 MXN per day.
- 4.3 Lost Key: Penalty of $1,000 MXN.
5) Parking:
- 5.1 The Hotel does not have its own parking.
- 5.2 Nearby parking options are available. This service does not belong to the Hotel and is paid to third parties.
- 5.3 The Hotel has an agreement with a parking service (subject to availability) at a rate of $400 MXN per day, prepaid to grant access. Overtime hours are charged at $50 MXN per hour, paid directly at the parking facility. The Hotel is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft in third-party parking lots.
6) Pets and Support Animals:
- 6.1 The Hotel does not accept pets.
- 6.2 Exception: service/support animals (a valid credential or permit must be presented at reception for authorization).
- 6.3 If an animal's entry is authorized, the fee is $1,000 MXN per day. The owner is responsible at all times for its care, cleanliness, and needs.
- 6.4 If the animal is found without its owner, the Hotel may notify authorities for its removal. The Hotel assumes no resulting expenses or fees and disclaims all liability.
7) 100% Smoke-Free Hotel:
- 7.1 All rooms and indoor areas are smoke-free.
- 7.2 If smoke odor or evidence is detected, a penalty of $5,000 MXN + taxes for deodorizing will be applied.
8) Conduct and Order:
- 8.1 Acts that disturb the peace or affect the morality and tranquility of other guests are prohibited.
- 8.2 Nightly quiet hours: After 11:00 PM, loud noises (music, gatherings, loud voices) are not permitted.
- 8.3 In case of a complaint, a warning will be issued; if the behavior persists, a penalty of $2,500 MXN will be applied and/or the lodging agreement will be terminated without a reduction of amounts owed.
- 8.4 It is forbidden to bring narcotics and alcoholic beverages into the Hotel, as well as to engage in illicit activities or games prohibited by law. Non-compliance will be grounds for immediate eviction with the support of authorities, in addition to payment for damages.
9) Damages, Losses, and Forgotten Items:
- 9.1 The use of furniture, linens, equipment, and other property must be rational and careful.
- 9.2 Any intentional or accidental damage, or theft, will result in the corresponding charge based on market prices at the time of the incident.
- 9.3 The Hotel is not responsible for total or partial theft, nor for damage to the guest's property in the room or common areas, except for items that have been formally delivered to reception for safekeeping in the security box (money, wallets, electronics, jewelry), which must be documented with a receipt from the Hotel.
10) Luggage Storage:
- 10.1 The Hotel can store luggage in a secure area if it is handed over to staff for registration.
- 10.2 The guest must retrieve it before 4:00 PM on the same day unless otherwise agreed.
- 10.3 The Hotel is not responsible for damage, partial or total theft of stored luggage, beyond the due diligence of the service.
11) Health, Safety, and Notices to Authorities:
- 11.1 In case of a guest's illness, family will be notified for their removal from the Hotel; if it is serious or contagious, the Hotel may notify health or hospital authorities, or request private medical services at the expense of the guest/family.
- 11.2 The guest must immediately inform the administration of any illness, death, infraction, or crime that occurs within the Hotel.
- 11.3 The rights of the Hotel and guests to report any illicit act occurring on the premises to the competent authorities are reserved.
- 11.4 Non-compliance with these policies is grounds for termination of the lodging contract without liability for the Hotel.

13) Acceptance:
13.1 By booking, registering, or signing the registration form, the guest accepts these General Lodging Policies, the Terms and Conditions, and the Cancellation Policies of the Hotel.
